If the tumor is positivity for WT-1, and CK7, while showing negative staining for GCDFP-15, ER, PR, CK20, CDX-2, D2-40, E-Cadherin, Calretinin, and CK5/6. What's your diagnosis?


A: colon adenocarcinoma

B: Mesothelioma

C: HG serous carcinoma

D: Metastatic carcinoma
